Coworking spaces in Da Nang: day and month prices, hours and who gets 24/7 access

Many lists of coworking spaces in Da Nang (Đà Nẵng) date from 2024 or 2025, and the city's spaces have moved on since. Prices at some spaces have gone up, two spaces on those lists now show as temporarily closed on Google Maps, and "open 24 hours" on a map listing does not always mean you can walk in at midnight with a day pass.

This guide covers nine coworking spaces with prices published on their own websites, checked on October 3, 2026, grouped by area. It also shows who can actually get in around the clock and which names from older lists have closed, moved or changed.

How much coworking costs in Da Nang

Prices depend mostly on how long you stay, since a week or a month costs far less per day than a day pass bought each day. At the nine spaces below, a day pass costs from 110,000 VND (about US$4.5) at Enosta Space to 320,000 VND (about US$12.5) on HIVE's quiet floor, and a month from 1,800,000 VND (about US$70) at cirCO Da Nang City Centre to 6,000,000 VND (about US$233) on HIVE's quiet floor, at list price.

Among spaces that publish a set monthly price rather than a starting price, the lowest is 2,000,000 VND (about US$77.5) for a shared desk, at Seaview Coworking Space Da Nang and Hana's Coworking. cirCO lists its flexible desk from 1,800,000 VND (about US$70) a month, a starting price for the whole cirCO chain, and Enosta Space also publishes only starting prices. As of October 3, 2026, Coworking Space Da Nang Airport's website lists a rainy-season promotion that cuts its monthly pass from 5,000,000 VND (about US$194) to 3,500,000 VND (about US$136), and says the offer may end without notice.

Most monthly prices above are for a shared desk that you take when you arrive. Synergy Studio Han River's monthly plan includes a dedicated desk and Enosta Space's starting monthly price is for a fixed desk, while Coworking Danang charges 1,000,000 VND (about US$39) a month extra for a fixed desk, and Hana's Coworking 500,000 VND (about US$19.5), as does HIVE for a desk in Studio.

Which coworking spaces are open 24/7?

Only two of the nine list 24-hour opening with no pass restriction: Seaview Coworking Space Da Nang and Coworking Space Da Nang Airport both give 24 hours, every day, on their websites. The other seven close at night, though at some of them a weekly or monthly pass lets you stay later.

• Coworking Danang: its Google Maps profile says "Open 24 hours", but its website gives 24/7 access only to weekly and monthly members. Day pass holders can stay from 8:00 am to midnight, and the owners told one reviewer on Google Maps that first-time visitors may not get in outside reception hours without arranging it in advance.
• cirCO Da Nang City Centre: flexible desks come with business-hour access, Monday to Friday 8:00 am–6:00 pm, and the space is closed on weekends per its Google Maps profile.
• HIVE: open until midnight from Monday to Saturday, according to its Google Maps profile; its website gives no hours.
• Synergy Studio Han River: monthly members in groups of two or more can register to stay until 10:00 pm; after 8:00 pm the space runs on self-service.
• Enosta Space and Hana's Coworking list closing times on their websites, and ACE Coworking Space closes at 9:00 pm (6:30 pm on Sundays), according to its Google Maps profile.

Coworking spaces in Ngu Hanh Son ward

Four of the nine are in Ngu Hanh Son ward (phường Ngũ Hành Sơn), on the east side of the Han River (sông Hàn), and ACE and HIVE are in or beside the An Thuong (An Thượng) area. For apartments nearby, see the guide to renting in Da Nang.

Coworking Danang

Coworking Danang has a garden, and the garden is the topic its Google reviews mention most. Every pass includes unlimited Vietnamese coffee, tea and filtered water, ergonomic chairs and use of the garden. There are two air-conditioned call booths for one person each but no meeting rooms for groups. Walk-ins are welcome during the day, though the website warns that "full is full" and asks for a down payment to reserve a seat.

Hana's Coworking

Hana's Coworking and Seaview Coworking Space Da Nang charge the lowest monthly price on this list that is not a starting price, 2,000,000 VND (about US$77.5) for a shared desk. Hana's opens from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Its owner, Hana Nguyen, founded Seaview Coworking in 2024, according to the coworking magazine Deskmag, and told Business Insider in March 2026 that she later converted part of her family's home into this space. Passes include monitors, phone booths, a lounge and garden, and free water, coffee and tea. It also rents monitors delivered to your hotel or home and runs a storage service.

ACE Coworking Space

ACE Coworking Space fills three floors, with the ACE Cafe on the ground floor and the coworking floors above. A pass includes a hot desk, three private phone booths, free monitors, filtered water and tea. Monthly members can add a fixed desk with a locker on the second floor, and a meeting room for 4–6 people can be rented by the hour. ACE takes cash, card and local bank transfers, and lists no price for the fixed desk or meeting room.

HIVE

HIVE has two work areas: Studio, an open-plan room with 15 hot desks, and Focus, a quiet floor with four desks where calls are not allowed at the desk. Every desk has an external monitor, and Focus has extra-wide electric standing desks, each with two monitors. Free instant coffee, tea and detox water are included, and the building also has a café, showers and a rooftop with a cold plunge bath and sauna. Calls longer than an hour are not allowed in Studio either; they can go in the meeting room for up to 6 people if it is free.

Coworking spaces in An Hai ward

Three of the nine are in An Hai ward (phường An Hải), on the Son Tra (Sơn Trà) side of the river: one near the beach, one near the Dragon Bridge (Cầu Rồng) and one in a building with coliving rooms.

Seaview Coworking Space Da Nang

Seaview Coworking Space Da Nang is on the top floor of the Waikiki Beach Hotel, about 200 m from the beach according to its website, and it is open 24 hours. Passes include free fruit, coffee and community events, and monitors can be rented. The elevator stops at the 8th floor and the last flight to the top floor is stairs, so it is not step-free.

Synergy Studio Han River

Synergy Studio Han River is on Ha Thi Than street (Hà Thị Thân), a minute from the Han River and the Dragon Bridge according to its website. Every pass includes one signature drink a day, and self-service drinks and snacks are available to pass holders according to their package. Its monthly plans come with a dedicated desk, and a day pass with a monitor costs 200,000 VND (about US$8). Its price list has no weekly pass, but sets of 10 or 20 sessions can be shared between people.

Enosta Space

Enosta Space is the new name of Enouvo Space, which opened its first coworking space in Da Nang in 2017. Its shared desks are in an eight-story building at 16–18 An Nhon 3 street (An Nhơn 3) that also has private offices and coliving rooms. Free water, instant tea and coffee are included, and monthly members get a free locker. Its call room has a one-hour limit per use, according to the space's reply to a Google review.

Coworking spaces in the city center and near the airport

Two of the nine are west of the river: a business-style space in a hotel tower in Hai Chau ward (phường Hải Châu) and a 24-hour space near the airport in Thanh Khe ward (phường Thanh Khê). Tiktak's two spaces and Regus Riverside are also in Hai Chau ward but are not on this list, because this guide has no prices for them from their own websites (see Sources).

cirCO Da Nang City Centre

cirCO Da Nang City Centre is on the 30th floor of the Crowne Plaza Da Nang City Centre hotel, with views of the Han River and the Son Tra peninsula. It is part of the cirCO chain and has 20 flexible desks, 10 private offices and 3 meeting rooms, with free tea, coffee and water. It suits people who work office hours on weekdays, since flexible desk holders cannot get in on weekends.

Coworking Space Da Nang Airport

Coworking Space Da Nang Airport is about 5 minutes on foot from Da Nang International Airport, according to its website, and is built for early arrivals, late departures and layovers as much as for work. Besides desks, it rents showers, sleep boxes, meeting rooms and baggage storage, which is free while you use the space. Free drinks include espresso and tea, and a board shows live flight times. Coworking spaces that have closed, moved or changed name

Several names from older lists no longer match what is there. The statuses are from Google Maps, checked on October 3, 2026.

Before buying a long pass, it is worth trying the space first and confirming the price at the desk, because prices and hours change. Sources and how we checked

We checked every price, opening time and address on October 3, 2026, on each space's own website and its Google Maps profile. Where the two differ, both are given. Spaces whose prices could not be checked on their own website are not in the main list: Tiktak's website names its packages but gives no prices, Flux has no website of its own, Book and Bean Club's website mentions day and month rates without amounts, and the Regus Riverside website blocks automated access. We searched Google Maps on October 3, 2026 for Enouvo Space at 15 Ta My Duat and for Enosta Space, and found no profile at that address. Google reviews were used only for details the space itself confirmed, and for the topics Google Maps groups from reviews. No photo of ACE Coworking Space or Coworking Space Da Nang Airport met this guide's standard, so those two sections have none.
